Location is a definite plus for early flights. The staff, however, felt impersonal. My 3:00 AM shuttle driver was professional and courteous-a rare bright spot. The room was spacious and clean, with decent TV options, but they failed to deliver on the advertised jetted tub. I encountered unsettling situations outside the hotel, with no security in sight and noise from the busy road affecting my sleep. The shuttle service was chaotic; we waited over 90 minutes for a ride that never came. Check-in had its struggles too, with a front desk error leaving me stressed. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the manager was friendly, but I left feeling less than impressed overall.

Had a great weekend! Rooms were huge and spotless with convenient storage and a roomy closet. Ideal for short or long stays. Loved having individual temp control. Easy check, in and prime location close to a nice park. Staff was so welcoming. Beds were super comfy, plus mini, fridge and couch in the room were a bonus!

Some breakfast items lacked variety and freshness, disappointing for health, conscious guests. Slippery shower floor and absence of a shelf made shower time a challenge.

just had the best stay at comfort suites! we couldn't believe how friendly and accommodating the staff were. they let us handle a payment issue in private, extended our check out time for free, and there was even a free shuttle to the airport. the room was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast had a great variety. the pool area and laundry services were convenient, and there was a well-stocked market for snacks. 10/10 recommend!
